Water Rates
As a property owner, you are now a part owner in the water system. You will be billed a flat rate of $60.00 per month per unit. You will receive your water bill every other month. Single family dwellings are charged $60.00 per month. Multiple dwellings are billed $60.00 per unit per month. It is Board policy to bill only the property owners, not the renters.
Additional charges are as follows:

| $60.00 | Late charge per billing period, per unit. *Late charges will be assessed on all properties whose water payment is not postmarked by the last day of the month due. |
| $34.00 | Returned check charge. |
| $60.00 | Water shut-off posting fee. |
| $180.00 | At the door collection, or shut-off due to non-payment. |
| $120.00 | Owner requested shut-off. |
| $500.00 | Water theft fine. This includes, but is not limited to, lock removal after a service shut-off by anyone other than an Eastside Water Association Board Member. |
| $60.00 | Will Serve Letter/OCFA Water Availability form completion, valid for 1 year. |
| $120.00 | Fire flow witness fee for OCFA water availability form. |
